- 7 days prior to your peel, stop using all actives including retinol or acids.
- 72 hours prior to your peel, stop any exfoliation treatments.
- 48 hours prior to your peel, do not moisturize or use hydrating products.
- For 24 hours post-treatment, no cleanser, moisturizer or spf.
- For 72 hours post-treatment, nothing that increases skin or body temperature.
No exercising, swimming, sauna, or hot showers.
- For 7-10 days post-treatment, no exfoliation.
- Only use a gentle cleanser, aqua cream, and spf until peeling subsides. You can then return to your normal routine.
- You can use a cool compress or ice roller if you are experiencing discomfort.

- Those prone to hyperpigmentation should be on a tyrosinase inhibitor for at least 2 weeks before chemical peel.
- Discontinue retinoids for at least 3 days prior to treatment

- Do not arrive with active breakouts, sunburn, or compromised skin.
- Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment.
- Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup if possible.
- Inform your esthetician of: recent cosmetic treatments, changes in medications, pregnancy, skin conditions, or sensitivities.
Immediately after (24-48hrs):
- Expect redness, warmth, and mild swelling (similar to a sunburn).
- Use only the products recommended by your esthetician.
- Keep skin clean and well moisturized.
- Avoid: Makeup (24–48 hours), heat, steam, saunas, hot showers, sweating or intense workouts, touching or picking at the skin.
For 5 Days After:
- Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, acids, and scrubs.
- Do not schedule waxing, peels, or advanced treatments.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF daily.
- Keep skin hydrated with gentle, barrier-supporting products.
