Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. If we are still able to accommodate you, your service will end at the scheduled time. This would mean that your service will be shorted, and the reserved service charge will remain the same.
No shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service. Appointments will no longer be booked after 2 no shows.
We do require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. If there is not a card on file, the fee will be added to your next appointment.
In the case of inclement weather, we would rather no one drive in unsafe conditions. Please reach out to us to reschedule without charge.
We do understand that sometimes emergencies happen. In the event of a true unavoidable emergency or illness, your fee will be applied to a future appointment as a one time credit, when rescheduled that day. With that said please do call prior to your appointment at anytime, including within the 24 hr range, if you're feeling unwell. We will be happy to help you reschedule.
