Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
No shows will result in a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service. Appointments will no longer be booked after 2 no shows.
I do require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the case of inclement weather, I would rather no one drive in unsafe conditions. p Pease reach out to me to reschedule without charge.
I do understand that sometimes emergencies happen. In the event of a true unavoidable emergency or illness, your fee will be applied to a future appointment as a one time credit, when rescheduled that day. With that said please do call prior to your appointment at anytime, including within the 24 hr range, if you're feeling unwell. I will be happy to help you reschedule.
